How does undo work in QuarkXPress 10?

The preference to set the number of  possible undo's in QuarkXPress is only available on Windows

To set the Undo preferences please see the steps below:

  1. 1.    Launch QuarkXPress
  2. 2.    Navigate to Edit >> Preferences >> Undo
  • Redo Key: This will allow you to choose the shortcut key to undo the actions on a QuarkXPress document. Three different options are available to choose from.
  1. a.    Control + Y
  2. b.    Control + Z
  3. c.     Control + Shift + Z
  • Maximum History Action: This allows the user to set the number of undo’s that can be done in QuarkXPress document. The maximum number of undo allowed is 100.

There is no restriction to set the level of UNDO steps. The maximum number of undo allowed (i.e 100) remains same as it is on the Windows systems.
