Recreate the preferences for QuarkXPress Server. To do so, in the QuarkXPress Server application folder, move or delete the contents of the Preferences folder and folders named Preferences sub1, Preferences sub2, etc., then try launching QuarkXPress Server again.
Note: After recreating preferences, you must re-specify the document pool and log folders and recreate any other custom settings.
