Unable to Launch Quark License Administrator Server 4.5 on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 2008 or Windows 2012

OS affected: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012

The QLALicense.dat file will be seen by the QLA Server if you place it into the following location:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Quark\Quark_License_Administrator\Server

Background:
Windows Vista onwards the Quark License Administrator file locations have changed due to the new system architecture for Windows Vista. Moving the QLALicense.dat file to the correct location for the new operating system will resolve the problem.
