How to Reset a Password for Admin User in Quark Publishing System (QPS) Connect Client

If you have other users set up with Admin privileges, you can log in under the other Administrator name and reset your password.


To reset your password using another Admin account:

  1. Launch QPS Connect Client.
  2. Log in with the other user (created by a user other than Admin) who has Admin rights.
  3. Navigate to the Administration panel and select User Profile.
  4. Double click on the Admin user to open the Properties.
  5. Change the password in Properties and click OK.
  6. Log off from the user and try to log in as Admin.
