How to Retrieve the Quark License Administrator Information:
Retrieving your online QLA Web Account information:
In order, to retrieve the Username, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your Quark Product serial number(s). A Quark representative will send you an Email that contains your User Name. Once you receive the information, we recommend that you then log into www.quark.com/products/qla and change your password for security reasons.
Retrieving your Control Panel Log-in:
This is the User Name and Password which were entered during the installation of the Quark License Administrator Server application. There are two possible ways to obtain this information:
· Reinstall the Quark License Administrator (both QLA Server and QLA Client).
· Alternatively, you can contact Quark Technical Support to provide necessary file(s) that can be replaced and the procedure to do so. If you prefer this option, send the Email to: email@example.com.
There are two sets of User Names and Passwords for administering your Quark License Administrator site. The first is the log-in information used to log into the QLA Web Server to access your QLA Web Account and make changes to your QLA License File. The second is used to log into the QLA Server from the QLA Client (Control Panel) and consists of the User Name and Password entered when the Quark License Administrator application was installed. You will need both sets of User Names and Passwords to administer your Quark License Administrator site.
