To prevent leaving Quark Publishing System (QPS) licenses idle, each user can specify AutoLogoff preferences. If a user is inactive for the time specified in the preferences, he or she will be logged off automatically. For users without AutoLogoff preferences, you can use QuarkDispatch Administrator to log off a user by selecting the user name in the QuarkDispatch Monitor window and clicking Log Off.
