Verify and make sure that the QLAControlLog.properties file is available at the below mentioned location on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 2008 or Windows 2012
Note: On the Mac OS and Win XP, the QLAControlLog.properties file is located in the 'Client' folder inside the Quark License Administrator application folder.
