This issue is fixed in QuarkXPress 7.5 and QuarkXPress 8.x.
This behavior occurs due to a defect in QuarkXPress 7 where the Auto Save file data was being added to rather than replacing data in the project file. It is fixed in QuarkXPress 7.5.
