Remove the special character from the name of your Hard Drive.
Navigate to Hdd\ Library\ Frameworks.
Rename or delete LogoSync.framework, KodakCMS.framework, Xalan-c-cw9.framework, Xerces-c-cw9.framework files.
Navigate to Hdd\ Applications\ QuarkXPress 7.x\ For System.
Execute QuarkXPress Components file.
Log in as an Administrator and re-install QuarkXPress.
