I am unable to activate/reactivate QuarkXPress software through the Internet. What should I do?

I am unable to activate/reactivate QuarkXPress software through the Internet. What should I do?

If the computer on which you installed QuarkXPress does not have Internet access or you are unable to activate /reactivate Quarkxpress software through the internet, click Other Activation Options. QuarkXPress displays options for activating over the telephone or through a Web browser.

 

  • To activate using a Web browser, click Activate from the Quark Web Site, click Continue, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
  • To activate using a telephone, click Activate over the Telephone, click Continue, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
