Background: This behavior can occur when you type any value into the Measurements Palette. This occurs if the keyboard selected in the International Settings System Preference is other than the language version of QuarkXPress. For example, if you are working in a US edition then you will need to select the US keyboard. This problem occurs most frequently when the US edition is used with a French keyboard.
Solution: If you encounter this issue, you can resolve it by following the steps below:
