I changed my system date before I installed and launched my QuarkXPress software. Now the application operates in reduced-functionality mode and does not show the correct number of days remaining in the grace period. Whats happening?

If you change the system date to a future date before installing and launching QuarkXPress, and then roll back the date after launching, the application thinks that you are trying to tamper with the allowed grace period and will go into reduced functionality mode. If you roll back the date before installing and launching the Quark application, you can roll the date ahead and still work, provided the difference between the initial launch and the subsequent launches is less than the grace period.
