Copy/Pasting an Excel Chart in QuarkXPress Results in White Area around the chart.

A copy/paste operation does not give QuarkXPress accurate bounding box information for output, so a rounding error occurs when calculating the bounding region of the chart.Use a different method to bring the chart into QuarkXPress:

  1. Draw a picture box.
  2. Right-Click on the box and go to Import. in the contextual menu.
  3. Navigate to the Excel chart and import it.
  4. Create a PDF or print the Layout.
