Activation File Corrupted in Windows XP

Activation File Corrupted in Windows XP

Summary

When I launch QuarkXPress under a normal user, an error message prompts "Activation File is corrupted"

 

Solution

  1. Log in as Admin.
  2. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quark.
  3. Give Full read write permissions to either the user or everyone.
  4. Log off and Log in as normal user and launch QuarkXPress.
