How to Check the Tool Tip or Alternate Text for All Images On an Exported Web Page

To check for the Alternate Text you need to make a change in settings within your browser. For Internet Explorer follow the steps below.

 

Windows:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Tool > Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Advanced Tab.
  4. Now uncheck the Show Pictures checkbox under the Multimedia options.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Open any HTML page.
  7. All images will be replaced with Alternate Text.

Macintosh:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Explorer > Preferences.
  3. Under Web Browser, select Web Content.
  4. Uncheck the Show Pictures checkbox.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Open any HTML page.
  7. All images will be replaced with Alternate Text.
