We’re excited to let you know that we have migrated our support to a brand new support portal. Please follow the steps below in order to reset your password and gain access to the new support portal.


  1. Navigate to
  2. Click on "Sign in" at the Top Right of the page
  3. Select "Forgot your password?" link on the Support Portal
  4. Type in your email address associated with your Quark account
  5. Click Reset My Password
  6. An email will be sent to your email containing a password reset link.
  7. Click the link in the email and you’ll be prompted to enter a new password. Remember to check your Spam folder in the event you do not receive your email.
